The absolute best Dentist I have ever had the privilege to go to. Not only totally professional but compassionate and caring. After an accident concerning my front tooth she assured me I would have my smile back and she didn't disappoint. She is an exceptional Dentist and a wonderful person. Without a doubt the best.

Doctor Karen Harriman fixed my chipped tooth, and it looks even better than before! She always made me feel relaxed while she was working on me, and even more so she made me feel confident about the end result. She was very professional, gentle, and caring. Dr. Harriman even made sure to follow up with me to make sure everything was going well. I don't think I have ever been to a dentist I have liked this much. I would highly recommend her!

After decades of dreading dentist visits, whether for routine checkups and cleaning or for special, unfortunate needs, I finally found a dentist I'm completely comfortable with. Dr. Karen Harriman is not only professional and knowledgeable, she is a "real person" who listens to your needs, concerns and fears. She is very thorough with your exam and sees what you need, explains in great detail what your options are and gives you room to make your own choices and decisions for treatment. The entire staff in her office is A+++. You are always greeted with a smile. They take the time for conversation and getting to know you as well as letting you know them. Every step is explained as you are treated and If you have questions or concerns they are always willing to help you. Overall it's the best care and treatment I have ever had in a dental office. I highly recommend this team.

I have been lucky enough to have Dr. Harriman take care of me for over 20 years. I followed her from a group dental office in Waldorf Maryland to her new, self owned office in Falls Church VA... One of the most compelling reason is that Dr Harriman makes every effort to reduce the amount of unnecessary treatment that seems to be required by large dental conglomerates at the patients expense... I will never forget the time she told me that she could save one of my molars when other dentists wanted to pull the tooth. I am forever thankful for that and I still have that molar... Dr. Harriman is kind and gentle. She listens to her patients and takes the time to make you feel comfortable... Dr. Harriman's staff family are also caring and friendly. Magen is always there to great you with a smile and handle any of your concerns. I appreciate her warmth and professionalism. Another staff member I appreciate is Carolina. She is new to me but another amazing dental professional who takes the time to talk to you while she is working on you. Explaining each step of the procedure and how long it should take. She is always concerned with your comfort ... I travel over 1.5 hours from Maryland to see Dr. Harriman and I will continue to do so as long as she stays with us. Thank you Dr. Harriman and thank you Megan and Carolina. You guys are the best... BTW: I am a difficult patient and not easy to make happy. LOL

Dr. Harriman is a top quality dentist. (I've met MANY over my lifetime - 70 years - needing major dental work starting at age 8 when I broke my two front teeth.) She is careful, thoughtful and precise. An additional quality (for me) is that she's quiet and doesn't ask me questions when my mouth is open. lol.
Dr. Harriman's staff is wonderful as well. I love them all. I have been gently educated (more than a couple of times), and I have needed that continual focus on strategies (along with some great products) to improve my home care.

The service was first rate. I had a thorough cleaning by a dental tech (Molly) with 40 years experience. My mouth is not easy to X-ray, but Molly handled it quickly and pain free. After the X-ray, the dentist quickly came in to analyze the results. There was some confusion about the correct appointment time, but I was not delayed.
